How to Apply for a Grant


How to Apply for a WCF Grant

  1. Review the Guidelines & Information to ensure eligibility.
  2. You are encouraged to contact us to discuss your proposal.
  3. Complete the application form.
  • Do not bind, staple or cover your application – use only a clip to hold pages together.
  • Print on single side only.
  • Do not send supplemental materials without first contacting us.

Submitting your Application:

Please note that an electronic copy and printed copy of your application are required.

Electronic Application Copy – Include only:
  • One (1) electronic copy of the application (Please note, the Declaration of Intent does not need to be signed and/or included in the electronic copy)
  • One (1) electronic copy of current list of Board of Directors (or Officers in a comparable position)

Email electronic copy to: info@wcfoundation.ca

Printed Application Copy – Include only:
  • One (1) printed copy of the application
  • One (1) electronic copy of current list of Board of Directors (or Officers in a comparable position)
  • One (1) printed copy of your most current Audited Financial Statements
  • One (1) copy of the minutes of your organization’s governing board authorizing the grant request

Deadlines

Applications can be mailed, dropped off or couriered and must be received by the deadline dates as noted.

Please Note:

If sending the application by courier, DO NOT require that it be signed for upon delivery as this may delay receipt of the application.
