One (1) copy of the minutes of your organization’s governing board authorizing the grant request

Printed applications can be mailed, dropped off or couriered and must be received by the grant application deadline as noted. If sending the application by courier, DO NOT require that it be signed for upon delivery as this may delay receipt of the application.
